TrovPick Data & Account Deletion

This page satisfies Meta (Facebook) Data Deletion Request requirements and explains how to delete your TrovPick account and personal data.

How to delete your data

Option 1 — Meta / Facebook users: When you remove TrovPick in your Facebook account settings, Meta sends a deletion request to our callback endpoint at https://api.trovpick.com/meta/data-deletion-callback. We process it according to the Meta data deletion callback specification and return a confirmation URL within 30 days.

Option 2 — Direct request: Email mumu03403@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my TrovPick data" and the phone number or account email used to register, so we can verify your identity.

Option 3 — In-app: Open the TrovPick app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and follow the on-screen confirmation.

What we delete and what we keep

Processing time

We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verifiable request, and notify you once the request is fulfilled.

Third-party sign-in

Deleting your TrovPick account does not automatically delete your Apple, Facebook, or TikTok account. To remove TrovPick's access from those providers, use the account settings in the respective platform.
