TrovPick Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrovPick, a second-hand marketplace operated for users in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, accessible at https://trovpick.com and through the TrovPick mobile application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & Identity

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may sign in with Sign in with Apple, Facebook Login, or TikTok Login, or with a phone number. You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with applicable laws.

3. Listings & Transactions

TrovPick provides a platform to list, discover, offer on, and negotiate second-hand goods. TrovPick is a marketplace facilitator only and is not a party to any transaction between users. Payments (for example via ABA Bank or Wing Money, or cash) are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. TrovPick does not hold, escrow, or guarantee payment.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting unlawful, infringing, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items.
• Fraud, misrepresentation, price manipulation, or artificially inflating activity.
• Harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior toward other users.
• Infringing intellectual property or attempting to circumvent the platform.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, and may be reported to authorities where required.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post, and grant TrovPick a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the Service.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrovPick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including disputes between buyers and sellers. You are solely responsible for your transactions.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TrovPick against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia. We may update them from time to time; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
