TrovPick ("we", "us", or "our") operates a second-hand marketplace for buyers and sellers in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, available at https://trovpick.com and as the TrovPick mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

TrovPick is operated by the TrovPick product team. For any privacy request, you can reach us at mumu03403@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: your phone number, optional email, display name, and the profile data you choose to share when you register.
• Third-party sign-in data: if you use Sign in with Apple, Facebook Login, or TikTok Login, we receive identifiers and basic profile fields (such as name and email where permitted by the provider) needed to create and authenticate your account. We do not receive or store your password for those providers.
• Listing & transaction information: items you post, prices, offers, orders, and in-app messages exchanged with other users, used to complete and support transactions.
• Payment information: when you pay through integrated methods (for example ABA Bank or Wing Money), we process transaction references and status. We do not store full card or wallet credentials on our servers.
• Device & technical data: device model, operating system, IP address, and crash/diagnostic logs used for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to: provide and secure the Service; verify identity and prevent fraud; match buyers and sellers; provide customer support; comply with legal and anti-money-laundering obligations; and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.

4. Third-Party Sign-In, Sharing & Disclosure

When you sign in with Apple, Facebook, or TikTok, those providers process your data under their own privacy policies. TrovPick only receives the minimum fields required to operate your account. TikTok login is completed server-side via https://trovpick.com/auth/tiktok/callback. We may disclose information to service providers (such as payment processors and hosting providers) strictly to operate the Service, and to authorities where required by applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and transactional data for as long as your account is active, and thereafter only as necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and anti-fraud requirements. Inactive accounts may be deleted after a reasonable period of inactivity.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account and personal data at any time. To request deletion, visit https://trovpick.com/data-deletion or email mumu03403@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my TrovPick data". We will verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days, retaining only the records we are legally required to keep (for example, completed transaction records for compliance), which are then deleted when the retention period expires.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit via HTTPS, access controls, and network isolation) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
